How Does Our Service Work?
We have streamlined our process so that you know upfront what we offer and our pricing, so there are no surprise fees on the backend.
1. 30-minute call discussing the specific needs of client's project.
2. Within 24 hours, TLN will email client the Statement of Work (SOW), outlining terms of project.
3. Client signs and emails SOW back to TLN within 48 hours (not including weekends).
4. Within 24 hours, TLN will email client the countersigned copy of the SOW and invoice requiring 50% of total cost before work begins.
5. Once payment is received and clears, work will begin. The first draft of the article will be sent to client:
Weekends are not included in the above timeline. Also, the timeline refers to articles that do not require source interviews.
6. Once the article has been reviewed, the client has the opportunity to request one round of edits at no additional cost.
7. Once edits are made, TLN will send email to client, stating the final copy is ready. This email will include an invoice requesting the remaining 50%. Once the payment is received and clears, the final copy will be emailed within 24 hours.
