For the past 15 years, TLN Writing Company (TLN) has been supplying its clients with write-ups that provide insight into their companies and products.

How Does Our Service Work?

We have streamlined our process so that you know upfront what we offer and our pricing, so there are no surprise fees on the backend.

Process

1. 30-minute call discussing the specific needs of client's project.

2. Within 24 hours, TLN will email client the Statement of Work (SOW), outlining terms of project.

3. Client signs and emails SOW back to TLN within 48 hours (not including weekends).

4. Within 24 hours, TLN will email client the countersigned copy of the SOW and invoice requiring 50% of total cost before work begins. 

5. Once payment is received and clears, work will begin. The first draft of the article will be sent to client:

• Up to 500 words: 3 days
• 501 - 1000 words: 5 days
• 1001 - 1500 words: 7 days

Weekends are not included in the above timeline. Also, the timeline refers to articles that do not require source interviews.

6. Once the article has been reviewed, the client has the opportunity to request one round of edits at no additional cost.

• Edits include minimal changes in accuracy of language, content flow, and organization and structure. They also involve checking spelling and grammatical errors.
• Edits do not include changing the meaning of the article, or substantial changes to content flow, or organization and structure. Such changes would be a re-write, which requires an additional SOW and full payment (e.g., $350 for 500-word article).

7. Once edits are made, TLN will send email to client, stating the final copy is ready. This email will include an invoice requesting the remaining 50%. Once the payment is received and clears, the final copy will be emailed within 24 hours.
